Just wanted to thank Natalie Feola for her time. I was able to get a quick last minute appointment. We arrived about an hour and a half before closing but never felt rushed or unwelcomed by Natalie. I did end up say yes elsewhere, but I wanted to point out the great customer service.

What a great experience! With expert help from Diane, my daughter was able to find the perfect dress. Diane never rushed - she allowed the selection process to unfold, patiently assisting as my daughter tried and retried the top choices. Diane answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained what came next in terms of fittings/alterations. I will update this review after everything is complete, but as of now - 5 stars for professionalism, friendliness and expertise. Diane is a treasure!
