I've only been here two times, and will not return to this location. The men who work here are very kind and helpful, however, the women seem to love to push you to buy a smaller size/insist that you are not your true size, and proceed to have (what I would view) a snarky attitude after you tell them that you know what your size is (as if I should even have to explain). I had to use my first experience in this store to explain why I know what my size is in my recent visit. In the first visit female employee would not give up on me being a smaller size, so I tried it on. Both my boyfriend and I saw that they were clearly too small, and even somewhat see-through when I would squat down. I know Lululemon is high quality, so you can understand why I say her recommended size is not my size. So during my second visit, I was a bit irritated to have the same thing offered to me, tell the woman WHY i know my size, and then be treated completely differently. I understand that they are probably trained to be helpful in guiding a customer to a size, but I did not ask for help, and I did not ask for an opinion. I also did not ask for attitude for knowing what my size was. This was not once, and not the same person each time. The most recent time, I could swear the woman began whispering about me to another employee after I'd gone into the dressing room, and had even given me a dirty look as the gentleman handed me a pair of leggings to try on. It's a bit outrageous to become so passive aggressive over a customer's size, much less make a customer uncomfortable in general when buying product. Normally I am quite understanding, but given this has happened both times I've gone there, I find it a little ridiculous. I understand this sounds like so much over so little, a SIZE OF LEGGINGS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, but I cannot explain the way they act when you deny their "expertise" on guessing. Plain rude women for no reason, bottom line and I will not return.
