very poor online service. no shipping tracking. don't answer the phone after 5pm! not really set up for a proper onlne experience. maybe the stores are different. ps, the pot roast we ordered wasn't vg

Love the place but prepared foods does not realize how careful they must be about ingredients. I am allergic to mushrooms, and was told there were none in the brisket gravy. Got home and found mushrooms in the gravy!! Will return it, but was not able to enjoy it for dinner.
