  If there was a rating below 1 star, I'd choose that. I've been trying to call all day and they don't even answer the phone. Everytime I've been in store there's an unnecessary long wait (usually while at least 1-2 workers are just sitting around playing on their own cell phones). I used to sell phones and I'd never behave how this store operates. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, I demand respectful service.

  Inexperienced customer service and staff was not up to date with product. I went to upgrade my cell and it was passed around from one person to another trying to figure out how to transfer files from one cell to another. Not happy at all with the amount of times I had to go back and forth to the store hoping they were finished. Next time I will get my cell delivered to my house.
